Our client is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven, and experienced Workers Compensation Defense Attorney to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. They will also be able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently with little supervision, and have the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in workers' compensation claims, including investigation, negotiation, and litigation

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft and review legal documents

• Communicate effectively with clients, insurance companies, and other professionals

• Stay up-to-date on workers' compensation laws and regulations

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in workers' compensation law

• California State Bar license

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
