    Position Summary

    In the role of Integration Lead, you join the Workday Integration team, working with on and offshore resources and Integration vendor partners. As integration lead, you will be responsible to analyze business needs and translate them into effective Workday solutions. This role requires an understanding of Workday's integration options and the ability to document, develop, test, and implement integrations and customizations to meet our specific business requirements. Upon successful implementation, you will be responsible for documenting and implementing ongoing improvements, maintaining integrations, and monitoring the overall health of the system.

    Additional responsibilities include:

    • Participate in or facilitate sessions with internal and external stakeholders to design and maintain integrations based on customer, business, and vendor requirements- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical designs- Develop Workday integrations including requirements, technical specs, design, custom development, testing and deployment- Provide ongoing support for Workday inbound and outbound integration issues which includes integration monitoring and incident management and root cause analysis- Stay current with emerging trends and new functionality in areas related to the Workday product

    Required Qualifications

    5+ years of experience building Workday Integrations with Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors

    2+ years of experience with BIRT and Document Transformation

    2+ years of experience with Workday SOAP API, REST API, JSON, and Import API patterns Preferred Qualifications

    • Strong process orientation and analytical problem-solving skills including the ability to interpret and clarify technical issues- Strong facilitation skills, written and verbal communications skills, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver clear, concise presentations- Self-starter with the ability to prioritize and organize work to ensure overall timeliness, meet deadlines and quality standards with little supervision- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to adapt to frequent change- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and colleagues in a remote working environment EducationBachelors Degree or equivalent experience.

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is

    $97,335.00 - $201,900.00

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
