  • SUMMARY: The Welder's primary responsibility is TIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. MIG welding could also be a part of this job. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness in the welding area.

    Shifts: First Shift Monday- Thursday 6:00-3:30

    Friday 6:00 to lunch 11:30.

    Second shift Monday - Thursday 2:00-12:30 am

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Use and operate Bartimaeus By Design's TIG welding machines to produce parts.

    • Must be able to read and follow blueprints.

    • Determine, from print, critical dimensions, materials needed for job.

    • Fit assembly and weld as needed to avoid weld distortion.

    • Use measuring instruments such as a scale, level, square to ensure part tolerance.

    • Perform other job-related duties as needed.

    • Regularly sustain physical capabilities throughout the day

    • Stand on concrete for extended periods of time.

    • Lift and move parts throughout the plant (up to 50 pounds).

    • Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

    • Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.

    Pay Details: $18.00 to $22.00 per hour
