Responsibilities

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, reporting to the Facilities Manager. The ideal candidate will have technical expertise in at least two of the following areas: HVAC, Electrical, Mechanical, Carpentry, Metalworking, Plumbing, Conveyors, and Electric Forklifts, with the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot effectively. The salary for this position is commensurate with skills and experience, not subject to alteration after the probationary period.

Candidates must possess a valid driver's license, demonstrate self-motivation, and be capable of working independently. Prior experience in maintenance is required, with the ability to perform small repairs and complex technical tasks. This role demands flexibility, strong multitasking skills, and the physical capability to lift up to 60 pounds. Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and the ability to use tools like a multimeter are essential. On-call availability for maintenance issues is expected.
