  • Job Description

    The Digital Dealer development team specializes in creating and managing the design templates for dealer websites, which allows dealers to showcase their inventory and engage with potential customers via website leads. As a Website Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our automotive dealer clients, ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of their websites. Additionally, you will work directly with the ADD development team to assist in root-cause analysis, provide quality improvement suggestions, and consult on the development and rollout of new website features and functions.

    * Main responsibility is to assist dealers in setting up, maintaining, and optimizing their websites.

    * Dealer Website Support Specialist supports dealers utilizing web, email, chat, and phone support channels.

    * Monitor, track, and escalate topics to the ADD Development Team

    * Troubleshoot website issues, assist with website management tools and ensure proper CI branding.

    Skills and Requirements

    * 1-3 years of experience in website design or support

    * Ability to handle support calls from upset dealers while providing best-in-class support

    * Bachelor's Degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Marketing, UI/UX Design, etc. null
