    Our Global Workplace Services and Real Estate team is responsible for developing, curating and sustaining our unique ServiceNow work environments around the world, helping bring our Purpose to life in the physical sense. We are responsible for the full life cycle of our physical workplaces, from 'ideation to expiration', and we are a key influencer of the employee experience by way of our site locations, workspaces, services and amenities.

    Role Description

    • You will lead the Real Estate, Project Management Office (PMO), Planning & Design and Global Workplace Operations teams, running our global operations occupying over 3.5M square feet across 80+ locations in 30+ countries.

    • You will be both execution and strategy focused, ensuring we are delivering on the current needs of the company while thinking ahead for long-term health and growth of ServiceNow.

    • You will report to the Chief Procurement Officer and SVP of Global Business Services while closely partnering with executives and C-suite offices globally.

    • You are required to reside within commuting distance from ServiceNow's HQ in Santa Clara, CA.

    • You are required to travel for key office visits to engage with global leadership and the employee community.

    • You are required to be in the office four (4) days a week.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Advance ServiceNow's future of work strategy for fixed and serviced offices globally to support accelerated company growth

    • Lead the delivery of workplace operations globally, including Event Management, Employee Services & Amenities, Facilities Management, Property Management and Office Services

    • Lead decision-making to procure real estate to support our global office footprint while overseeing the broker relationships in our fully outsourced real estate model

    • Lead the Planning/Design and Project Management Office (PMO) teams, overseeing 20+ projects in flight to stand up new offices and/or refresh and maintain existing offices

    • Oversee our workplace design guidelines and construction guidelines to embrace our Environmental Sustainability objectives

    • Streamline communications and synergy between multiple teams that manage a multitude of projects, deliverables, milestones, schedules, and CapEx and OpEx budgets

    • Partner with Product team to drive ServiceNow's Workplace Service Delivery application and engage in Now on Now development

    • Be a key partner to the business and other internal organizations including Legal, Finance, Global Talent, Global Safety & Security, Digital Technology, Communications and Branding to help drive collaboration, strategy, workspace requirements, problem solving and communications

    • Stay informed about evolving trends, design and best practices in the tech industry workplace

    • Shape and foster an agile and high-performing team to consistently deliver superior services

    • Combined 15+ years of global experience in corporate real estate, portfolio management and workplace services

    • Hold one or more relevant industry designations - MCR, CFM, PMP, BIFM, etc

    • Bachelor's degree preferred, a core discipline such as Real Estate, Construction Management, or related profession is a plus

    • Experience in tech services industry preferred

    • Proven success in schedule management, CapEx and OpEx budget management and timely project delivery

    • Proven success in managing vendor accounts including real estate brokerage, construction, facilities, property management and food & beverage firms

    • Proven success in managing a global footprint and portfolio in similar size

    • Proficiency at interpreting construction documents, leases, and varying contracts

    • Proficiency of the local and/or regional codes/ordinances

    • Exhibit strong analytical and creative thinking, strategic planning and execution skills

    For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $248,100 - $421,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs (subject to eligibility requirements). Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
