Veterinary Technician/Assistant

VCA Mountain View Animal Hospital is seeking a compassionate individual with surgical experience as a veterinary technician/assistant to work at our well-established, AAHA-accredited practice in Phoenix, Arizona.

Schedule: 4/day or 5/day Work Week

VCA Mountain View Animal Hospital is a tight group of very talented and compassionate people. We are looking for someone who is a team player but can also work independently. Must possess excellent problem solving skills and maintain a professional attitude.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication skills

Excellent time management skills

Punctual and reliable

Possesses excellent venipuncture skills (i.e. place IV catheters and draw blood)

Knowledge of radiography

Candidates must experience with surgery/dentals and anesthesia monitoring.
