  • The Treasury/Chief Investment Office (T/CIO) is in charge of firm-wide asset and liability management, including interest rate risk, structural foreign exchange risk, funding, liquidity risk, capital, and the company-sponsored retirement plan. The Liquidity Management team, a part of T/CIO, collaborates with other teams and oversees the implementation of US liquidity rules, manages firm-wide and legal entity liquidity positions, liaises with US regulatory agencies, and handles liquidity forecasting for firm-wide and legal entities.

    As a Treasury/CIO Liquidity Management - Sr. Associate within the T/CIO team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of US liquidity rules, monitoring and managing firm-wide and legal entity liquidity position, liaising with US regulatory agencies, and developing liquidity frameworks for internal stress. You will also collaborate with various teams in documenting business requirements, supporting the implementation for liquidity reporting changes, and performing key analyses for liquidity reporting. This role provides an opportunity to enhance your skills in liquidity management and contribute to the firm's overall financial stability.

    Job responsibilities:

    • Develop a robust understanding of liquidity reporting and related analytics, including FR 2052a, US LCR, US NSFR and G-SIB STWF

    • Collaborate with LOB Treasury teams, Liquidity Risk Infrastructure and Technology teams in documenting business requirements, testing and supporting the implementation for liquidity reporting or methodology changes

    • Participate and provide support in ad-hoc projects for senior management on regulatory initiatives

    • Perform key analyses for liquidity reporting using tools such as Excel and Tableau

    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

    • 4+ years of experience in Liquidity Management

    • Strong communication skills both verbal and written

    • Proven experience delivering timely, high-quality presentations and/or projects for senior stakeholders

    • Ability to work with large sets of data in Excel

    Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

    • Previous experience in a project management function preferred
