    A Brief Overview

    The Senior Representative of Treasury Management is responsible for consulting with internal and external customers in order to recommend appropriate TM solutions. The Senior Representative will perform account analysis and be the main point of contact for outlying markets. The Senior Representative will be responsible for phone and email queues.

    What you will do

    • Consult with prospects, customers, and market staff to determine appropriate TM solutions.

    • Support internal personnel, existing customers, and potential customers through daily phone and email queue.

    • Support outlying markets as main point of contact

    • Perform account analysis to recommend Treasury Management products and solutions for new and existing customers.

    • Collaborate with FirstBank personnel on sales calls, business development, and business retention.

    • Maintain up to date knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

    • Understand the client's business environment and industry.

    • Prepare customer sales packets and marketing materials.

    • Meet established sales goals expectations.

    • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

    • Understand and comply with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Typically requires a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of related experience

    Preferred Requirements

    • Business Banking experience

    • Consultative sales and financial products knowledge

    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce

    • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Spanish

    • Understand business banking, customer service, and sales strategies

    • Strong decision-making, and problem solving skills

    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new bank systems, products, and programs

    Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

    • Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day

    • Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer

    • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms

    • Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights

    • Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files

    • Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone

    • Must be able to exchange accurate information

    • FirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions, except as required by law. The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit, role, and business need.

    Salary Range

    $21.35 Per Hour to $35.65 Per Hour
