    Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented TEWLS Project Manager to join our team in the Fort Detrick, MD area serving a DHA client. This position may offer a telework or hybrid option.

    Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    • Serve as the IT Operations Manager for TEWLS covering Linux, SAP, Oracle infrastructure

    • The DML-ES SAP (TEWLS) Project Manager provides planning, direction and oversight for all DML-ES SAP sustainment and maintenance until fully integrated

    • Design, implement and ensure efficient maintenance and ensure compliance to all disaster recovery plans.

    • Assist technical staff to check and ensure resolution of all issues to achieve all operational performance objectives.

    • Interface with technical experts and leaders in Government, ManTech, and other commercial organizations and build trusted relationships.

    • Collaborate and participate in activities to ensure knowledge creation/sharing and integration within and across all work programs.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in a related field of study

    • A minimum of (10) ten years of professional experience

    • Outcome based experience for the successful management of the SAP based integrated application as a practitioner

    • Expert experience with MS Project for IMS management

    • PMI PMP or DAU Advanced (Level 2 or 3) PMC

    • Experience in SAFe(r) /Agile, and DevSecOps, and with evidence of on-time delivery to production

    • SAP ERP experience

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree

    Clearance Requirements:

    • Must be a U.S. citizen

    • Possess a Secret clearance- highly desired

    Physical Requirements:

    • Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time

    • Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel

    • Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer

    • The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations

    • The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
