    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Java Technical Lead with a hands-on approach to Information Technology systems, data, and architecture. As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day to day development, operations, and enhancements of application systems and processes. Leveraging your technical expertise and leadership skills, you will guide the team in optimizing application efficiency, data workflows, ensuring data integrity, and driving innovation application solutions.

    responsibilities

    Responsibilities

    • Provide guidance, direction, and support to technical team members.

    • Set clear expectations, delegate tasks effectively, and enable team members to deliver solutions.

    • Cultivate and maintain strong vendor relationships through regular communication, collaboration, and analysis in order to understand application usability and functionality.

    • Possess a broad range of knowledge in corporate data systems, enterprise software, and application architecture

    • Support technical team members through debugging code to identify and resolve issues, ensuring the stability, functionality, and security of applications prior to deployment

    • Manage and enable the data engineering team in the deployment of data solutions, road maps, and models.

    • Develop and communicate a clear vision and strategic objectives for technical teams

    • Set measurable goals and milestones aligned with organizational priorities.

    • Evaluate progress regularly and adjust strategies as needed to ensure alignment with overarching business objectives.

    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.

    • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.

    • Identify and address challenges and obstacles proactively.

    • Communicate effectively with team members, peers, and upper management to ensure clarity and alignment.

    • Act as a liaison between technical teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
