  • Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Manager in the education industry based in Baltimore, Maryland. In this role, you will be expected to strategize and implement effective recruitment processes, partner with hiring managers, and manage the onboarding process. You will also be required to utilize various recruitment tools and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, responsibilities, and qualifications for open positions.

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract diverse candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

    • Conduct thorough candidate sourcing, screening, and interviewing processes to identify and evaluate qualified candidates.

    • Coordinate and schedule interviews, provide feedback to candidates, and facilitate the offer negotiation and onboarding processes.

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruitment partners to ensure a positive candidate experience.

    • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate pipelines, track hiring metrics, and generate recruitment reports.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and talent acquisition.

    • Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, CRM, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, Applicant Track System, Hiring Processes, Human Resources (HR) Administration, Leadership Skills.

    • Oversee the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

    • Monitor customer credit accounts and take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments. Requirements - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager in the Education industry, specifically at the University level.

    • Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode.

    • Extensive knowledge of Careerbuilder, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.

    • Demonstrated experience in using About Time and Applicant Track System.

    • Strong understanding of Hiring Processes and Human Resources (HR) Administration.

    • Exceptional Leadership Skills.

    • Ability to adapt to changes in the education sector and implement new recruiting strategies.

    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and decision-making skills.

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

    • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
