Surgical Tech Regional Float

Overview

We are excited to introduce our newly created Regional Market Float position. Work in your area of expertise, float to our 5 Omaha Metro locations, and earn 25% hourly differential!

Regional Float locations include the following CHI Health facilities

• Creighton University Medical Center, Bergan Mercy

• Immanuel Hospital

• Lakeside Hospital

• Mercy Hospital - Council Bluffs, IA

• Midlands Hospital - Papillion

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for assigned surgical procedures with proper instrumentation and sterilization

• Navigate the nuances of surgical procedures and surgeons you'll be supporting

• Adapt to the needs of emergency situations

• Provide clean-up and turnover of operating room to prepare for next patient

• Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or graduate of an approved surgical technology program

• Certified Surgical Technologist, preferred but not required

• BLS Certification required

• Must be able to rotate call and report within 30 minutes, if called for a procedure

Pay Range

$20.62 - $28.35 /hour
