  • Our Digital Platform & Services organization is responsible for assessing emerging trends, technologies, electronic platforms, potential partnerships, and for building digital products - that could transform the way we, and our clients, do business. Our team consists of product managers, designers, developers and business representatives.     As a Strategic Communications Manager within the Digital Platform & Services organization, you will be tasked with managing and collaborating on the internal and executive communications strategy for the comprehensive Engineering & Architecture team. This includes sectors such as Data & Analytics Technology, Digital Platform, Cloud Migration Engineering & Execution, and Strategic Enablement. Your role will involve fostering transparency, strengthening stakeholder relationships, promoting collaboration and productivity within the developer community, and ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives. You will be entrusted with the development and implementation of high-impact internal communication strategies aimed at enhancing understanding, boosting engagement, and promoting the adoption of our products and services.

    Job responsibilities

    • Define and manage the strategic communications function for the Engineering & Architecture organization with the objectives of (1) Optimizing engagement with senior management and stakeholders around strategy, execution, adoption, and benefits/impact of deliverables and (2) Enabling Engineering & Architecture teams to achieve their objectives and key results faster and more efficiently

    • Manage large scale engagement and adoption initiatives including all-hands, senior management reporting, intranet/digital presence, roadshows, information sessions.

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management across the business to anticipate and solve communications needs.

    • Identify opportunities to modernize communications, make process improvements, enhance efficiencies.

    • Stay up to date on communications trends and industry news, contributing insights and helping to identify opportunities to drive greater impact through strategic communications.

    • Track and measure strategic communications results to showcase impact via surveys, web analytics tools, sentiment analysis.

    • Develop strong relationships with stakeholder groups across the organization and key partners including business/technology stakeholders and user base, business management, marketing & communications, design teams to collaborate effectively on executive communications, employee engagement, content development, events, etc.

    Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • 7+ years of experience in communications.

    • Ability to digest complex information and simplify it for internal audiences using clear, easy-to-understand and concise language and visuals.

    • Strong knowledge of communications strategies, best practices, implementation, and execution.

    • Outstanding writing and editing skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and management.

    • Strong executive presence, judgement, and ability to build trust with key partners and stakeholders and collaborate effectively.

    • Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate on, multitask, and prioritize high volume, high priority initiatives.

    • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, content publishing tools, Confluence

    Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

    • Additional software skills (e.g., Photoshop, HTML, Adobe Creative Suite)

    • Relevant communications experience in Financial Services, Fintech, Technology, Data Management and/or Enterprise software background
