    Nuvance Health has a network of convenient hospital and outpatient locations - Danbury Hospital, New Milford Hospital, Norwalk Hospital and Sharon Hospital in Connecticut, and Northern Dutchess Hospital, Putnam Hospital Center and Vassar Brothers Medical Center in New York.

    JOB SUMMARY: The Staffing Secretary / Payroll Clerk is responsible for initiating, transcribing and /or maintaining staffing schedules in the Patient Care Services Department. Additional duties include preparation of reports, record keeping, ordering supplies and equipment, distribution of payroll checks, adjusting staffing to conform to the staffing model and other duties related to staffing, scheduling and payroll.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    Education: High School graduate Licensure/Registration/Certification: no requirement.

    Work Experience: Computer literacy. Proven organizational and prioritizing skills

    Physical & Other Factors: Long periods of sitting. Prolonged exposure to computer screen with associated hand/wrist use.
