    Job Description:

    Evaluates and treats individuals with serious mental health and/or substance problems. Independently conducts assessments, develops and carries out treatment plans in conformance with applicable regulations.

    Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

    Master's in Social Work required. Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an "R" designation required. Minimum of 6 years full-time paid professional experience in an outpatient mental health setting providing professionally recognized therapy modalities required. Minimum of 3 years post graduate paid experience in providing a variety of professionally recognized therapy modalities in an outpatient mental health setting, with at least 2 of the years working as a counselor in a child and adolescent outpatient clinic setting required. Must have the ability to provide clinical direction to co-workers as requested by Program Manager.

    Salary Range:

    $37.77-$47.82 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
