An established company founded over 15 years ago, in the distribution and supply industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join the team. This role is integral to the accounting operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in all financial activities. This company offers excellent benefits that include a generous PTO.

salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Handle vendor creation, bank account input, and collection of W9 forms.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

• Participate in month, quarter, and year-end close activities, including general ledger analysis and reconciliations.

• Assist in the audit process.

Skills

• Netsuite (3 years of experience is required)

• Accounting Experience (3 years of experience is required)

• Excel (3 years of experience is required)

• GAAP (3 years of experience is required)
