    Physical Requirements

    • Frequently transports and install equipment up to 5 lbs.

    • Performs required tasks at various heights (e.g. standing or sitting).

    • Monitors and utilizes computers and test equipment for more than 6 hours a day.

    • Continuous communication which includes the comprehension of information with colleagues, customers, and vendors both in person and remotely.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    The candidate will be focused on modeling, analysis, and architecture of the power management functions which are integral between the PMIC and the SoC. The candidate must have an understanding of P-state, C-state, and S-state operations. Also, the candidate must be well versed in guard band and load line dynamics and how they are managed inside of the PM unit inside of the SoC. The engineer must be able to define and model the interfaces between the PMIC and the SoC and be able to develop and model algorithms which control the PM activities from the PMIC actions - including error control, limit management, sensor data management, and normal operation in voltage changes. Understanding boot and power down sequences is required. The engineer should have architecture experience in the areas of PMIC's and SoC to PMIC power management.

    Skill sets include;

    • Matlab coding and modeling

    • Design experience with RTL

    • Familiar with Cadence environments

    • Advanced node design experience a plus (not necessary)

    • Good communication skills"
