If you are a Staff Accountant looking for the next step in your career, you might be interested in this opportunity! In this role, you will be responsible for recording and reconciling revenue, multiple bank account reconciliations, and maintaining prepaid and fixed assets schedules. Also, you will work with budgets and variance analysis.

salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

• Complete reconciliations for all bank accounts monthly.

• Collection and submission of all accounts receivable.

• Support the accounts payable and purchasing functions as necessary.

• Manage and maintain all credit cards. This includes processing payments, ordering of new cards, and canceling old cards when necessary.

• Maintain schedules for fixed assets, depreciation, and prepaid assets.

• Assist Controller's office with any and all audit requests.

• Monthly reconcile accounts
