Radial's omnichannel solutions use cutting-edge technology and analytics to optimize the e-commerce end to end processes reducing costs for our customer while enhancing the consumer experience.

    Role Summary:

    The Sr. Project Manager will oversee the client's portfolio of projects from request intake through delivery. The role will assist client through all stages of pre-project engagement (estimation, SOW generation, staffing and scheduling of approved projects. Additionally, the role will also review project portfolio status and delivery KPIs with designated client contacts and internal teams and act as point of escalation to address project delivery issues.

    This position will deliver scalable, high growth and revenue generating technology solutions for the success of Radial and our Clients. This position will help influence technology strategy and roadmap from the voice of the client. Additionally, this role will help drive client satisfaction / Net Promoter Score (NPS), retention and reference-ability by creating experiences that delight Radial's accounts.

    The Sr. Project Mgr must be a seasoned project management 'practitioner' with a strong understanding of Radial's services and solid experience in stakeholder management, problem solving and interpersonal skills to leverage cross functional resources and working relationships with Account Teams for delivery of projects . We are looking for a responsible, articulate, and motivated Senior Project Manager or Project Portfolio Lead who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles and then create innovative solutions to any problems related to delivery of projects and programs.


    • Manage a portfolio of client projects and programs across one/more Radial services and technology platforms.

    • Manage a portfolio of complex technology relationships at multiple levels with key decision makers and leaders in within the organizations through insight, trust, and open information sharing.

    • Establish formal governance with internal teams including to track, monitor and adjust delivery service performance against commitments and expectations to achieve high client satisfaction.

    • Drive proactive & transparent communications with key stakeholders and executive team related to project scope, assumptions, estimates, timing, risks, and deliverables to properly set and manage expectations.

    • Participate in the company's strategic planning to develop client specific technology plans that leverage our technology product and service capabilities, drive business growth, deliver cost savings and improve client and consumer satisfaction.

    • Collaborate with development teams to convert business strategies into a technology delivery plan that is executable.

    • Lead a high performing matrix team which includes roles / functions from across all technology platforms.

    • Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to a team of technical and business leaders who will be responsible service delivery and cross business unit collaboration.

    • Champion people, process and technology changes across the company that increase growth, performance, and client satisfaction.

    • Troubleshoot issues, risks and define mitigation plans to ensure delivery timeline remains on schedule.

    • Develop individual project plans complete with budgetary information and resource needs.

    • Host portfolio project status review meetings at least once per week to all key stakeholders for each project under your direction.

    • Act as a change leader who models Radial's shared purpose, commitments, and behaviors.

    • Provide junior project managers with feedback, encouragement and coaching to develop their skills.

    • Foster strong relationships and partnerships with both internal customers and key vendors.

    • Follows the principles of Services Delivery Methodology (SDM) in project delivery.


    • High School Diploma, Bachelor's Degree preferred.

    • 3-5+ years of proven professional technology services experience preferably in the ecommerce sector and within a professional services environment along with demonstrable hands-on experience leading and delivering strategic cross functional projects.

    • Proven delivery experience building, growing and leading client facing delivery teams across broad set of clients.

    • Proven experience of creating and managing world class and cost-effective professional delivery teams.

    • Proven experience establishing sustainable relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

    • Experience leading a matrixed team of talented professional services employees and consultants.

    • Experience leading and working with cross functional and global delivery models comprised of employees across different groups, onshore/offshore consultants, and 3rd Party partnerships to delivery client solutions.

    • Experience working with and delivering ecommerce technology solutions to multi-channel, global retailers, and brands.

    • Proven ability to support and grow client delivery portfolio revenue while working in a fast-paced environment.

    • Demonstrates business acumen and contributes at the senior management level.

    • Ability to articulate advanced technical topics.

    • Ability to manage and partner with stakeholders internal and external to Radial.

    • Proven experience managing application development projects through all phases of a solutions or application's lifecycle in a consulting organization, with demonstrated expertise and proven abilities in risk management and mitigation, and business value or strategy consulting.

    • Exceptional communication, team building, and mentoring skills.

    • Excellent meeting facilitation, planning and management skills are required.

    • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required.

    • Keen attention to detail and high level of commitment is required.

    • Competency in Analytical Problem Solving, Customer/Partner Relationships, Product & Technology Expertise is required

    • Excellent MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio) skills are required.

    • Proficiency/Expert level knowledge of MS Teams and Smartsheets is required.

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies is preferred.

    • Experience with Implementation is preferred.


    • This position can be remote in the US.
