Sr. Project Manager

Location: In order of Preference : Hybrid Onsite > 6 State FootPrint > Remote U.S. Onshore

The ideal candidate for this role has 8+ years of relevant work experience. Manages the entire project lifecycle from project definition through implementation. Accountable for meeting agreed upon scope, cost, schedule and quality measures. Develops project plan and drives project milestones. Establishes effective communication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Provides day-to-day direction to project resources. Ensures effective change management occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsible for preparation of documentation, status reports and budgets. Role requires excellent oral and written communications, interpersonal, negotiation, project planning, judgment, leadership, decision-making, analysis and problem-solving skills. specialized knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans tailored to the retail enterprise environment.

Define project milestones and success criteria specific to cross functional initiatives.

Liaise with business, retail operations teams, IT departments, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of project objectives with retail business needs.

Provide regular project updates to retail leadership, incorporating feedback and addressing concerns to maintain stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field,

Proven experience in project management 8 + years (within the retail industry is a huge bonus), with a focus on enterprise-wide initiatives.

Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across retail departments and organizational levels.

Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with a focus on driving retail business results through strategic project execution.

Ability to manage multiple retail projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and adapt to changing retail business needs.

Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are desirable.
