Sr. Project Manager

Job Description

A large automotive company is looking to hire a Sr. Project manager to join the Data Trust and Enablement team and manage the integration of a Data Governance tool into its current environment. This person will be spearheading the project and responsible for managing the relationship with the Data governance vendor to ensure a smooth implementation. Throughout the project they will be expected to identify risks and implement process improvement processes ensuring the project is on track and help guide the team to a successful completion. They will push teams to hit deliverables and stay on target and document the current and future state of project timelines. In addition they will effectively communicate to all parties any updates to ensure all parties are kept up to date of the state of the program.

Skills and Requirements

7 + years of Project Management experience - recent experience supporting and managing data projects

PMP certified or practice PM frameworks

Experienced in process improvement

Experience working with 3rd parties and or vendors ecent experience implementing a Data Governance tool or Data analysis tool - power bi, Apache, tableau null
