Kerry Inc. seeks Sr. Project Manager at its facility located at 3400 Millington Road, Beloit, WI 53511.

Key responsibilities

25% Responsible for the scoping, planning, executing and reporting of projects according to strict deadlines and within budget utilizing PMO & Engineering Playbook methodology. 10% Demonstrate evidence of leading effectively through Kerry Values and Leadership Competencies people management practices, managing talent and succession cycle, capability building, and employee engagement. 10% Develop and/or review estimates and estimating assumptions for project schedules, Wave system management effort, and cost using established estimating models, best practices, and past experience. 15% Develop, implement, and maintain the Management Plan, including risk management, project change management, project measurement, and quality management plans. 5% Measure and monitor progress at clearly defined points in the process to ensure that the project is delivered on time, within budget, and that it meets or exceeds expectations. 2.5% Balance scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risks. 2.5% Own communication of the project status to the sponsor and stakeholder community. 5% Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to the project sponsor and all affected team members. 5% Maintain strategic alignment of related projects by analyzing charters and reviewing with management decision makers. 2.5% Define and drive "rightsized" project management processes for each project, leveraging the Project Management Methodology. 2.5% Perform project team management, driving motivation, collaboration and performance. 2.5% Drive cross project knowledge across related projects and best practice sharing and standardization across the business. 2.5% Provide an environment conducive to the mentoring, coaching and training apprentice PMs. 2.5% Play a proactive role in the promotion and development of project management PM methods and standards, implementation of good project management practice. 2.5% Provide governance, coaching and monitoring of certain projects as required by the business.

Qualifications and skills

This position requires a Bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field and 5 years of experience in a project management role, business role, or related occupation. Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: 1. Employing expertise of the 4-step project management playbook techniques and standardized tools; 2. Leading E2E business (capital investment, PIP/IMAS projects, growth platform, regionally managed business strategy, project consolidation); 3. Training, leading tracking, reporting, and monitoring Wave system management; 4. Applying strong Cross Enterprise planning, PMO Playbook methodology execution, and project management skills; and 5. Analyzing business acumen related to Taste & Nutrition and Meat Coatings EUM. Telecommuting: Hybrid; Allowed to telecommute 1-2 times a week. 30% of domestic traveling depending on complexity, location, impact, and cost of project.
