    Kohler Ventures is seeking a Sr. Program Manager who will oversee the work towards larger organizational goals, by coordinating activities between multiple work streams and projects and strategizing and implementing high-level program initiatives. Representative programmatic activities might include program strategy, project coordination & delegation, and program implementation.

    The candidate should have a desire to work in an environment similar to a start-up, where hierarchy is flattened, speed is paramount, innovative ideas win the day, and priorities may suddenly shift. Additionally, the candidate will be expected to produce written materials and present to the Kohler Ventures Venture Board, which includes several c-suite executives (e.g., Kohler CEO). This position will report directly to the Head of Strategy & Operations, Kohler Ventures.

    Specific Responsibilities

    • Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives

    • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives

    • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors

    • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives

    • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department

    • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

    Skills/Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree from top institution, preferably in a technical field

    • 5+ years experience working either in consulting, technical program management, and/or operations at a consumer tech, digital health/wellness business or startup

    • Preferred case team or previous work experience in healthcare, tech, or consumer goods industries

    • Preferred case team or previous work experience in start-up operations and new product development

    • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills

    • Positive, can-do attitude with a strong sense of ownership/responsibility, and ability to drive work forward without day-to-day managerial support

    • Ambitious, willing to work in a fast-paced environment and looking to learn how to start and scale a startup

    • Ability to engage with C-suite leadership to influence and make things happen

    • Travel approximately 10% of time both domestic and international

    • Ability to work outside of normal business hours to collaborate with teams and partners across multiple time zones.

    The approved base salary range for this position is $129,398 - $171,850. The actual base salary offered to a candidate may be higher than the approved range. This will vary depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. This position is subject to a 16% Area Salary Differential (Cost of Living Adjustment) in the New York City metro area. The approved base salary range including ASD for this position is $123,250- $199,346 depending on location. In addition, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and a special project incentive. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision and 401k.
