As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be part of the Delivery Accelerator team reporting to the Manager, Product Development. This position will work alongside other members of the team that includes data engineers, API developers, Application developers and quality assurance analysts in both Lead and Support roles. Acts as a SME for all our products and ensures adequate support for our product integrations into potential systems, including coordination and assistance with the product implementation and issue resolution, and working with the appropriate ITG and non-ITG teams as necessary.

Major Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on expertise to independently resolve service delivery and product functionality issues
Work independently and collaboratively work with other POD and RASCI matrix team members to maintain and enhance product documentation
Understand product development life cycle and change management processes
Effectively solve challenging and complex problems
Lead release coordination and efforts
Lead multiple product support items simultaneously
Accurately report issues and status to ATI Leadership
Possess excellent communication skills to interface with various stakeholders from business consumer to technical staff.
Research and become the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on the interaction of the Service with source systems as well as interaction with the consumers (business users).
Lead troubleshooting activities
Is subject matter expert for assigned applications
Direct the performance of simple, moderate and complex troubleshooting / Maintenance assignments within the department
Provide after-hours / on-call support as needed
Can resolve simple to complex production support issues
Able to build strong relationships within department and with other project team members
Actively participates in meetings
Technical
Experience in data analysis.
Ability to multitask and to balance competing priorities
Ability to define and utilize best practice techniques and to impose order in a fast-changing environment. Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Experience enterprise solutions
Experience with agile methodology
Experience utilizing and managing product development in Jira or Azure DevOps tools

Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree required
5+ years of experience in related role required, or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
