  • Overview and Essential Functions

    Overview: The Sr Manager, Warehouse will oversee our mechanic shops and warehousing teams. Ensure receiving, warehousing, and distributing materials by implementing, coordinating, and applying program, operations, and personnel guidelines and procedures. Directing mechanics shops to ensure quality, standards and timely completion of mending, patching & repairing items such as outdoor power equipment, trucks, excavators, etc.

    What you'll do...

    • Supervise, develop, and provide leadership to employees, supervisors and managers of assigned areas, department, and/or project(s).

    • Review tasks and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

    • Develop and execute new strategies & processes to ensure completion of tasks in support of an assigned area, department, or project(s).

    • Communicate with employees, contractors, vendors, and/or customers to assist an assigned area, department, or project(s).

    • Ensure accurate inventory records by conducting and organizing physical counts and reconciling with data storage systems.

    • Additional Duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Who we are looking for...

    • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.

    • 10 years of related work experience.

    • Previous managerial experience.

    • High level of knowledge of materials handling equipment

    • Project management skills including planning, organizing, and coordinating tasks.

    • Authorized to work in the United States.

    • Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.

    • Able to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds and work outside in all weather conditions as needed.
