  • As a Senior HR Generalist here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in supporting the HR function for the Fire Division of Business Automation. You will be responsible for providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures, and driving employee engagement and development initiatives. Your expertise in HR will be instrumental in fostering a positive work environment and supporting the growth and success of the organization.

    You will report directly to our Regional Senior HR Manager for the Northeast Cluster of the Great Lakes Division. This role will report to, and work out of, our Northford, CT location. This is an onsite position five (5) days a week.

    In this role, you will impact the organization by:

    • Providing HR support and guidance to employees and managers

    • Ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures

    • Driving employee engagement and development initiatives

    The salary range for this position is $80.800 - $100,900. The actual base salary offer will be determined by many factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

    YOU MUST HAVE

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR management or a related role

    • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
