    The Opportunity

    The Sr. Director, Global & Executive Compensation possesses extensive knowledge of designing, executing, and administering corporate and/or regional compensation programs. The role closely partners with senior HR leadership and other key stakeholders to address complex compensation issues with significant impacts to the company. This role involves building and leading teams and coaching to develop future leaders while driving the performance and results of the compensation team. In addition, this leader will drive the execution of compensation program strategies to support the overall business objectives, including effective communication and change management strategies, analyzing the long-term and legal/regulatory impact of new and anticipated strategies while contributing to a compliant and ethical work environment.

    What you'll be able to do

    Strategy and Program Development

    • Develops and leads the execution of corporate and global compensation programs and projects that align with the organization's overall business goals and legal and regulatory requirements.

    • Leads projects which involve identifying compensation program design solutions and initiatives for a range of compensation subjects and implements new strategies, processes, and programs after a thorough review of their expected long-term impact (Global Incentive Plans, Pay Equity, Job Architecture, Annual Proxy, Global Comp Proposal, among others).

    • Oversees regular review of policies and procedures related to compensation programs to identify continuous improvement opportunities in line with business strategies, and ensures their compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

    Implementation and Administration

    • Leads the implementation and administration of competitive compensation programs for both US and global application, including but not limited to base salary, incentive programs, performance-based pay, and pay equity.

    • Leads the design of operating policies and protocols for the delivery of compensation program communications and policies. Collaborates with HR and communication teams to deliver clear and compelling messages to all employees.

    • Oversees ongoing compensation program evaluation and analysis to monitor the effectiveness, ensuring that the policies are cost-effective and meeting the needs of our employees, per the latest compensation trends.

    • Analyzes metrics around rewards programs, identifies root causes, and makes appropriate modifications to policies and practices.

    Stakeholder Engagement

    • Leads associated interactions with various internal departments/units as well as external vendors around compensation matters.

    • Develops and maintains relationships with external partners, such as compensation consultants. Monitors service levels and assesses the value of outsourced services.

    • Leads briefings and meetings with senior HR and business leadership on matters pertaining to the compensation function like executive compensation, job evaluation, etc.

    • Performs talent management responsibilities including staffing, performance, pay decisions, team development, and other personnel actions for their compensation team.

    Functional & Technical Knowledge

    The minimum requirements we seek

    • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience

    • Minimum 10-12 years of work experience Compensation, or a related field with experience in a leadership role

    • Experience in the build and launch of job architectures

    Our preferred requirements

    • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience.

    • Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR)

    • Certified Compensation Professional
