Sr. Director, Data Analytics

As a Senior Director, Data & Analytics , you will lead a global team of business analysts, data scientists, and data engineers. You will play a critical role in developing and maintaining business-critical reporting, insights, and models. You will evolve the business's data infrastructure to drive efficiency and growth. You will collaborate with key stakeholders of multiple businesses and cross-functional teams including operations, supply chain, and marketing to design, build, and operationalize large-scale data solutions.

What You Will Do (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and develop global team, foster a high-performing team culture focused on delivering commercial outcomes

• Prioritize, architect, build, and launch models and data pipelines in production to support internal customers and drive business results.

• Lead design and implementation of an enterprise data platform to serve as the backbone of all reporting and analytics work

• Work closely with internal business stakeholders to understand business case and data requirements and translate them into a prioritized backlog for technical implementation.

• Optimize data retrieval, develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor and make available system performance and business metrics.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing quality assurance and validation processes.

• Establish advanced analytics practice to build and deploy models that deliver actionable insights for the business

• Oversee implementation of agile processes for intake, prioritization, and execution of work. Establish milestone tracking and reporting to create visibility around workstream progress and timelines.

Who You Are (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience in analytics, familiarity with advanced analytics including machine learning, predictive modeling, neural networks, clustering models and natural language processing.

• 5+ years team leadership experience overseeing diverse teams and developing team members analytic and coding skills.

• Track record of delivering high quality large-scale projects on-time and providing business partners with meaningful and actionable business insights.

• Strong database knowledge, particularly SQL, and experience with data warehousing and ETL/ELT processes.

• Experience with data migration tools and processes, including SFTP/FTP.

• Solid programming skills in JAVA, JavaScript, Python, and PHP.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Outstanding communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across the organization

Preferred qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile development methodologies.

• Working knowledge of AWS and Snowflake platforms.
