Sr. Business Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Business Analyst to join our team supporting our HHS client.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:
Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to implement and improve computer systems and applications.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate or improve existing systems and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and scheduling limitations.
Independently lead meetings, facilitate discussions, conduct interviews with business clients and other stakeholders to perform business requirements elicitation and create business requirements documentation, and meeting minutes.
Develop business requirements in the form of use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria, and system requirements, following an Agile software development life cycle methodology.
Develop business process models and workflow diagrams.
Analyze datasets and integrate business data into business requirements.
Analyze and document "current" state of a business operation to understand its component parts and their relationship to each other in a system.
Develop and help implement a future "target" business process solution.
Assist the Program Manager in deliverable submission and project execution.
Bachelor's degree in business or computer science and a minimum of 10 years of experience with business operations analysis or systems development, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional communication (oral/written), analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
Ability to influence various level stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
Solid knowledge of Agile software development experience.
Detail oriented, self-starter, multitasker, and possession of intellectual curiosity.
Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
Experience working with government clients is a big plus.
Prior experience with HHS EPLC framework is a plus.
Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Professional Business Analyst (PBA) certification is preferred but not required.
The candidate must be a U.S. Citizen or a Green Card holder and be able to obtain Public Trust clearance.
