Assist UnitedHealthcare's customers with analysis of mental health parity issues
Counsel senior management on matters related to mental health parity
Build service capabilities for customers related to compliance issues
Provide legal support to customers and account management teams
Assist with regulatory responses for customers
Counsel on mental health parity related inquiries and assist with parity related analysis
Assist with audit responses
Support key areas for regulatory advocacy
Collaborate with colleagues across the legal and compliance departments
Help foster key regulatory and customer relationships

Juris Doctorate degree
5+ years of legal experience
Experience with mental health parity program compliance
Relevant legal experience in commercial healthcare insurance
