We are seeking an experienced supply chain professional with a background in analytics and supply chain. In this role, you will improve customer experience by improving efficiency and effectiveness across the businesses supported by Specialty Transportation utilizing sophisticated data modeling to build automated tools for reporting and simulations. To that end the candidate needs to be a highly skilled individual that leverages industry leading tools, technology, and processes to deliver scalable solutions by collaborating with the functional teams. You must have excellent attention to detail, strong multi-tasking skills and the ability to prioritize competing demands.     What You'll Do:

    • Interact and source requirements from our partners in Specialty Transportation - Pharmacy, Transportation, Finance and Merchandising.

    • Observe and study processes in the Healthcare supply chain to identify gaps in processes and develop robust automation solutions with technology and/or process improvement.

    • Work cross-functionally with business partners to gather requirements and identify potential bottlenecks.

    • Use a program management lens for identified problems to give good counsel to business teams on whether to solve by capabilities in existing systems or new prototypes.

    • Develop quick prototypes in an agile fashion to bridge gaps and create new capabilities for our partners.

    • Analyze information to shape strategic supply chain decisions using data driven analysis and enhanced BI Tools/Reporting.

    • Quickly identify and communicate current and future impacts to the supply chain roadmap

    What You'll Need:

    • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field of study and two (2) years of related experience within project management and supply chain processes.

    • Strong written, verbal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Ability to effectively operate both independently and as part of a team.

    • Proficiency in SQL and automation programming languages including Python.

    • Must be willing to travel

    Bonus:

    • Experience with Data Visualization tool such as Tableau and Power BI.

    • Experience with collaboration tools such as GitHub, Jira, or Confluence

    • ERP and Planning Software experience, including SAP ERP and Oracle ERP

    • E-commerce and Pharmacy knowledge is a plus

    Compensation & Benefits:

    Our salary range for a Sr. Supply Chain Program Manager position is $129,500.00 - $207,000.00. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

    Non-exempt hourly team members accrue paid time off (PTO) while salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Non-exempt hourly team members in Fulfillment Centers and Customer Service are also eligible for additional unplanned unpaid time off (UTO). Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
