As a Senior Staff Product Manager, you will play a critical role in advancing our AI-driven code generation and developer tooling products, leveraging your deep understanding of modern software development practices and the generative AI landscape.     • Work with?multiple?teams?- including engineering, design, research, AI science and others - to?guide?projects?through?development?and bring high-quality products to life

    • Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance developer satisfaction

    • Communicate complex problems into easily understood requirements and provide solutions

    • Develop multi-mode?communications that convey a clear understanding of the needs of different audiences

    To be successful in this role you have:

    • 8+ years of software?product?management experience, with some experience in developer tooling or related products

    • Familiarity with existing generative AI developer tooling and a commitment to staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in the field

    • Strong prioritization?skills?and?the?discipline to focus on high?impact?activities

    • Experience defining and??capturing?product?requirements?and?transforming them into?a?product roadmap

    • Deep curiosity about customer?needs and a track record in?building customer relationships?and delivering customer-centric solutions, particularly for developers and/or AI practitioners

    • Experience driving solution development through big-picture solution development

    For positions in the Bay Area, we offer a base pay of $181,100 - $316,900, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.? Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located, and is subject to change based on work location.
