  • We are looking for a Senior Product Data Analyst to further our use of data to drive product decisions. Working with cross-functional teams composed of product managers, customer success managers, UX designers, and engineers, you'll apply your expertise to deliver customer insights and help shape the products we deliver to our customers!

    The Product team at ServiceChannel is responsible for our core platform, bringing innovative solutions to customers seeking to find service providers, plan repair and maintenance work across multiple sites, invoice providers, and analyze the effectiveness of the work. They are also tasked with driving key features that help our customers handle the work of their own in-house technicians. Expect growth on this team, as we encourage taking risks, failing fast, and taking on projects that not only drive our product forward, but that you feel passionately about as well. While you may not have experience in Facilities Management, you know what it takes to build complex software and are ready to gain the domain expertise required to become a hands-on leader.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As our Senior Product Data Analyst, you'll get to:

    • Champion product data analysis: mine data for insights, test and validate hypotheses about customer behavior and demonstrate how product enhancements delight our customers.

    • Build out a comprehensive view of customer engagement to drive product strategy through data-based recommendations.

    • Define key product metrics and track KPIs to analyze what really matters.

    • Work closely with product team to ensure we collect the right data to produce relevant business insights.

    • Help standardize our product data processes; define, assist, and police best practices.

    • Help us understand user behavior and identify key levers to measure and drive adoption and product engagement, down to individual features and feature updates.

    • Create effective data visualizations to communicate insights to management, customer success, sales, and product teams.

    • Improve data analytics in Product by providing guidance, championing standard processes, and ensuring the correct tools are available.

    Essential Technical skills

    • 3+ years of experience in product data analytics - data gathering, data analysis, and helping the team make data-based decisions. Gainsight PX experience is a plus.

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Adept at queries, report writing, and communicating findings.

    • Self-starter, with proven success in using analytics to drive understanding.

    • Hands-on experience with SQL

    • Experience with business intelligence tools, preferably Looker

    • Experience with AB testing

    Preferred Experience and Qualities

    • Experience working for a SaaS solutions provider

    • Experience working with Confluence, Jira, Google Analytics, Gainsight PX or equivalent experience

    • Willingness to learn and personal desire to keep up to date with technology and process.

    • Ability and confidence to raise concerns and issues.

    • Detail oriented, outcome and process focused.

    • Curiosity and passion for providing data and analysis that product managers love.

    National: The salary range for this position is $79,700 - $147,900

    Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors, including, but not limited to: job-related knowledge; skills; experience; and other eligibility factors such as geographic location. The Total Rewards package includes competitive base pay and an opportunity to enroll in a variety of benefit programs, generally including health insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and several programs that provide for both paid and unpaid time away from work.
