10-15 years of retail Loss Prevention management experience preferred
10-15 years Multi-unit experience preferred
Manage various budgets and guard deployment scheduling
Lead security staffing
Ability to travel to stores within and maneuver around sales floors, stock room and offices
Ability to travel globally as required
Candidates must be able to work for periods of time at a desk; on a computer
Candidate must posses a valid Driver's License
We are looking for someone to lead Retail Security Managers, vendors, physical security staff, and contract guards. The Senior Manager will work closely with all levels of management to ensure all aspects of Loss Prevention are consistent and in compliance with company standards and policy. This role is responsible for driving results and improvements through effective project planning, executive support, analysis, compliance, cross functional relationships and communications with key business partners.
Education & Experience
High School diploma or equivalent, BA degree preferred. Wicklander & Zulawski or Reid interviewing and interrogation training preferred.
