Job Description:

The Senior Manager of EBT Fraud Analytics will own the operational process of investigation into fraud attacks via a combination of data analytics, industry networks, and advanced fraud detection skills. The role will oversee all EBT fraud strategies, trends, and overall effectiveness of Conduent's abilities to detect and prevent fraud.

Responsibilities

• Defining, creating, and driving the reporting and analytics through data analysis and investigation into suspected and confirmed fraudulent activity within EBT programs.

• Providing analysis of vulnerabilities and gaps to drive mitigation and remediation of attacks and recommending action on risk issues.

• Building the process and tools to provide ongoing fraud products, control frameworks, data instrumentation and detection for improving our ability to protect clients.

• Having ongoing meetings with government officials, client representatives and investigators regarding fraud trends within their respective states.

• Defining and monitoring success metrics to ensure speed and effectiveness of investigations and ability to drive action based on findings and incoming trends.

• Monitoring for emerging fraud trends using real-time data, including analysis of outliers in key fraud risk metrics.

• Preparing monthly reports for Senior and Executive management regarding incoming trends, strategy effectiveness, and loss impacts.

Requirements

• Have a minimum of two years' Financial Services, Fraud, or Investigation experience.

• Demonstrated familiarity with Electronic Benefit Transfer (EBT).

• Possess knowledge of the SAS analytics programs and ability to build reports and set up recurring jobs.

• Have strong data analytics experience with the ability to translate information into actions.

• Display one year of leadership experience.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $110-120k.
