Grow your career as a Senior Finance Transformation Manager with an innovative global bank. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will provide transformation and process improvement guidance to teams to help accelerate critical initiatives manage one or more critical projects within the team's Initiatives, ensuring that best practices and company standards are utilized to ensure successful delivery in a complex, global environment. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Contract Duration: 6+ Months

Required Skills & Experience

• 14 to 18+ years of experience in program management in Financial Services.

• Must have Program management experience in Capital Markets or Investment Banking.

• Experience in large scale Transformation Strategy and process improvement remediation.

• Experience working closely with stakeholders to identify regulatory risk and controls and execute transformation strategies.

• Strong understanding of project management principles and ability to execute on delivery, with a proven track record.

• Ability to lead planning, directing and coordination of daily activities to deliver key project(s), with a ruthless management of critical path.

• Excellent interpersonal relationships with ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders up to Senior Management.
