Provide leadership and direction for the PennPathways program.

Communication Skills: Effortlessly communicate with diverse groups, ensuring clarity and effective collaboration across various teams and departments.
Quality Metrics and outcomes: work with clinical teams, quality, and clinicians to develop and monitor quality metrics to maintain high standards in all initiatives and projects.
Skillfully manage remote project teams and mentor staff, ensuring efficient performance, regardless of geographical location. Manage quality control processes to ensure delivery of high-quality work products.
Continue to expand on CEP's reputation as a leader in evidence-to-practice translation and health informatics. Lead and support the development of research products and artifacts (e.g., authoring articles published in peer-reviewed journals, presenting to internal/external stakeholders and at professional meetings, etc.) in collaboration with health system stakeholders and the project team. Contribute to internal and external funding initiatives and collaborations.
Performs duties in accordance with Penn Medicine and entity values, policies, and procedures
Other duties as assigned to support the unit, department, entity, and health system organization.
Education/Experience:
Master's Degree (Required), preferably a Clinical based degree, with concentration in clinical epidemiology, public health, healthcare management, health services research, or informatics.
Ph.D. (Preferred).
7+ years of experience with program management, data analytics, large-scale informatics implementations, management within a complex setting, leadership in a matrix organization and managing teams with varying reporting lines (Required).
RN, MD, pharmD, PA, or APRN / ARNP (Required).
Skills & Abilities:
Developing and growing relationships with key health system leaders, alliances, and other key corporate centers, as well key health system groups such as clinical informatics, information services, data analytics, and quality and patient safety.
Proven ability to design and leverage diverse data sources and analytic methods to support analyses around evidence-based and data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated hands-on experience with analytic tools/platforms/programming languages (eg, Stata, R, Python, etc.).
Demonstrated record of developing research-related publications and presentations
Prior experience leading and/or collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams, including but not limited to clinicians, software developers, data scientists, statisticians, epidemiologists, and health services researchers.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, team player, self-starter with the ability to work independently.
Strong customer service skills, with previous experience in consulting or in a client service role.
Extensive experience in clinical implementation, and strategic planning in a complex healthcare setting with large software solutions such as the electronic medical record.
Exceptional leadership skills with experience in leading remote teams and managing large-scale projects.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and innovate in a dynamic healthcare environment.
