We are actively looking for a dedicated and skilled transactional attorney to be a part of a bustling business law team. Essential Job Duties

• Legal representation for clients in matters of business law

• Handling entity formation, structure, and governance

• Negotiating and drafting contracts

• Ensuring tax and regulatory compliance for clients

• Managing M& A and business succession planning

• Managing multiple projects

• Participating in business development efforts

• Collaborating with team members to engage in best practices

Requirements

Candidate Qualifications

• Licensed Attorney in the state of Minnesota

• Minimum of five years practicing law, ideally with significant transactional and project management experience

• Strong judgement, intelligence, and creativity

• Demonstrable accountability and fitting into the firm culture

• Excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence

• Comfortable with client interaction and managing relationships

• Entrepreneurial spirit, flexible, and able to handle a variety of tasks

• Proven track record in offering holistic business advice.
