Security Network Engineer

Description

Looking for an administrator to come join one of our clients for a remote role! About the company: They are 80 percent azure and have some mac/Linux stuff, but this candidate needs to be familiar with mostly azure.

Purpose of security: be able to escalate to, to handle a lot of the troubleshooting- they have a couple of engineering depts and he has been using their resources for those teams- this is a team size of 3

Some exp with FortiGate is a plus and mandatory to have is mdm and intune.

Description

Someone familiar with server and network operations in a virtual environment

Experience with heavy Azure would be a great fit for this role

Experience with Windows Servers, Operating Systems, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, enterprise hypervisor software, enterprise storage, and backup software.

Skilled in Microsoft Office 365

Possess attention to detail and ability to create detailed documentation.

Possess strong troubleshooting skills and ability diagnose problems and errors/then escalate to engineering team.

Willingness to get into security/learn that department.

Ability to identify and correct hardware and software performance issues.

Experience on the network side with SonicWALL and Meraki, FortiGate is a plus.
