  • Description

    -Unlock trapped potential during implementation of HRIS software SAP SuccessFactors. This position will impact the initial implementation as well as ongoing support post-implementation. The position is a long-term need.

    -Support SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, and Employee Central platforms to ensure

    optimal utilization within the organization.

    -Serve as the primary point of contact for all issues related to the recruiting and onboarding

    platforms and employee data management, liaising with vendors and internal teams to resolve

    technical issues promptly.

    1. Collaborate with stakeholders, including recruiting team members, hiring managers, and HR, to

    understand their needs and translate them into platform requirements and enhancements.

    1. Analyze existing recruitment and onboarding processes, identify areas for improvement, and

    develop strategies to streamline and optimize processes.

    1. Conduct regular audits and quality controls to maintain data integrity and compliance with

    company policies and regulatory requirements.

    1. Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technological developments in SAP

    SuccessFactors and propose innovative solutions to enhance platform functionality.

    1. Generate measurement reports and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hiring

    and new employee satisfaction, providing analysis and recommendations to the Sr. Manager,

    Business Application Support

    1. Develop and maintain system documentation, user guides, and training materials to ensure

    consistent platform usage and understanding of processes.

    1. Participate in the implementation of new functionality, modules, and enhancements within SAP

    SuccessFactors platforms as required, collaborating with technical teams and vendors.

    • Bachelor's degree in human resources, information technology, or related field; equivalent

    • Demonstrated experience managing and optimizing SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding,

    and Employee Central platforms.

    • Solid understanding of recruitment, onboarding, and employee data management processes and

    best practices.

    • Advanced technical problem-solving skills and coordination with suppliers and technical support

    teams.

    • Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop optimization

    strategies.

    • Adaptability to new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
