    Robert Half is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our clients' dynamic sales team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing sales to meet targets. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales aptitude, and a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Identify and qualify leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.

    • Build and maintain relationships with prospective customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

    • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products/services.

    • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close sales and achieve revenue targets.

    • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.

    • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and tactics.

    Requirements

    • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.

    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and win deals.

    • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a high level of initiative and drive to succeed.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
