RN needed in NY! - multiple roles

Various shifts available: full-time 8, 10, 12-hour positions, part-time, and per diem. Day and night positions, along with a weekend track, are also available.

As an RN with our client, you'll play a vital role in medication reconciliation for admitted patients. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure accuracy and communicate any discrepancies. Work closely with Quality Department, Nursing Leadership, and medical providers to enhance medication reconciliation processes.
