Resident Assistant - Part Time - Assisted Living

Job Description

Seeking a Resident Assistant to serve at Lincoln Park Assisted Living in Detroit Lakes. This employee works on a part time basis working day and evening shifts, an average of 27 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday rotations are required. As a team member, will provide personal care services to the residents and provide related tasks in accordance with a plan of care as assigned and supervised by a Registered Nurse. Responsible to care for the resident's personal hygiene, promote a safe, healthy environment and to support the mission and goals.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

• CPR certification required, or must be completed within 90 days of hire.

• Nursing Assistant preferred.

$15.95 - $23.93 / hour

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
