REMOTE- Senior Product Manager (Mobile App)

Job Description

An employer is looking for a driven and highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead the clients digital mobile application strategy and experience. You will drive meaningful app experiences while creating the roadmap that contributes to the sales growth by collaborating with product, engineering, analytics and marketing teams. Your goal will be to accelerate and support the product discovery and definition of mobile app experiences in conjunction with cross-functional partners, translate work into requirements for further execution. Additional tacks will include:

* Develop and monitor key performance indicators that aid in the acceleration of ecommerce transactions within the mobile app

* Understand and identify APIs and systems that enable and enhance the full mobile experience while integrating with fulfillment systems and processes.

* Oversee the development and implementation of mobile app products and experiences in tandem with managing the roadmap

* Monitor and analyze customer feedback, market data and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and new product development opportunities.

* Define hypothesis for optimization of mobile app experiences and partner with a cross functional team to run experiments to validate them, reporting back to leadership the impact of the tests and recommendations for future iterations/next steps

* Partner with UX to conduct user research, competitive monitoring, and deep data analysis to stay up to date on best-in-class mobile app experiences and trends (within and outside of the QSR space)

* Translate optimization results and findings into clear and actionable recommendations through compelling analysis, storytelling, and presentations to cross-functional teams and leadership.

Skills and Requirements

10+ years experience on product owner/ manager role

Strong background in product management around customer facing mobile applications (iOS/ Android)

Experience working on customer loyalty programs

Knowledge around React Native based mobile applications

Ecommerce or QSR industry experience

Customer retention and conversion rate optimization experience

Jira/ Confluence experience

Experience managing direct reports

Strong Agile/ Scrum experience Splunk or New Relic experience

Google Analytics experience null
