  • A Regulatory/Raw Materials Compliance Analyst (hybrid) position in Morris Plains, NJ is now available through Adecco Medical and Science. In this role, you will be working for a cosmetic manufacturer, collecting relevant documentation from our contract manufacturers. Ensure compliance of the products, raw materials, packaging, and coordinate all relevant internal approvals. This is a 6-month contract position starting in May 2024. Note that this is a hybrid position, and you will be required to work 2 days/week in the office so only local candidates will be considered. The hours are Monday-Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. The hourly pay rage is $ 28.00-31.00/hr. - depending on your level of experience.

    Job Description:

    -Collection of the relevant documentation from our contract manufacturers

    -Review and assess completeness, consistency and accuracy of the documents received

    -Ensure compliance of the products, raw materials, packaging, coordinate all relevant internal approvals, including but not limiting regulatory peers sign-off

    -Prepare the Product Information File and any technical documentation needed for the purpose of registration.

    Qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of experience in a regulatory role specifically on cosmetics.

    • BS in sciences, cosmetics

    • Good communication skills

    • Project management with very strong organizational skills

    • Proficient with IT tools, eager to learn and navigate in new IT environments

    Pay Details: $28.00 to $31.00 per hour
