    As Hagerty grows, we continue to look for talented professionals from a variety of backgrounds to provide holistic solutions to our clients. We are currently seeking several Recovery Operations Associates forour Recovery Division. These are full-time positions that will be primarily remotely based but may require travel on occasion to client sites for up to several weeks. Recovery Operations Associates within the Recovery Division will contribute to the overall management of the Recovery Division, working directly with Division Leadership on strategic planning, business development, and managing key functions of the Division.

    The responsibilities of the Recovery Operations Associate include, but are not limited to:

    • Business Development

    • Support Division strategic planning and business development efforts through research and policy analysis;

    • Research prospective and current Hagerty clients to understand needs and priorities and how Hagerty-s services may be helpful;

    • Conceptualize and develop briefings, talking points, presentations, and other collateral to support business development;

    • Create content and preliminary draft documents for external marketing purposes, partnering with the Marketing, Communications, and External Affairs team to finalize marketing materials;

    • Track relationships formed through external engagements and other meetings for business development purposes;

    • Lead preparation efforts for Hagerty-s participation in conferences, speaking engagements, corporate partnerships, and related activities;

    • Assess and summarize Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and other solicitations, providing written and verbal analysis to Hagerty executives and management; and

    • Coordinate technical proposal development and partner with Hagerty technical teams to create, modify, and finalize content in support of proposal development.

    • Internal Division Management

    • Support project and initiative management through tracking of assignments against deadlines and milestones, following up with key players, and maintaining overall visibility of the project/initiative-s status and progress;

    • Develop and maintain processes and procedures and oversee implementation for internal staff management;

    • Produce and maintain internal documents such as onboarding documentation and informational documents for various types of operations;

    • Coordinate communication across the Division ensuring visibility on new developments for critical stakeholders; and

    • Manage databases and documentation utilizing Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.

    Candidates for the Recovery Operations Associate , Recovery Division must possess the following qualifications:

    • One (1) year of professional experience in a team-oriented environment, which may include internships, academic settings, work studies, and/or part-time jobs in a role providing some support to leadership or management.

    • Critical thinking skills and the ability to balance multiple high-priority assignments.

    • Superiorwritten and oral communication skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, as well as Adobe.

    • Highly organized, including excellent time management, organization, and research skills.

    • Ability to meet deliverable expectations and associated timelines.

    • Team player who can establish and maintain effective working relationships and collaborate with a diverse group of external stakeholders and internal staff members.

    • A bachelor's degree.

    • Ability to work Central or East Coast work hours.

    Highly qualified candidates may also have the following qualifications:

    • Have or are pursuing a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) certification.

    • Experience using Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and/or Visio.

    • Fundamental understanding of Microsoft Power BI and MS Project.

    • Prior consulting and/or disaster recovery experience.
