Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries

• Schedule appointments and manage calendars

• Handle office documentation, including invoices, contracts, and project files

• Assist with administrative tasks and support the office team

• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role

• Knowledge of construction industry practices and terminology is a plus

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

• High school diploma; additional qualifications are a plus
