Providence Place at Ingleside, an exceptional 55-plus active adult independent living and retirement community in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. Our community is nestled on a scenic hilltop, and we are committed to enhancing the senior independent living experience.

    Key Responsibilities: As a Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our community. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming mail, typing and copying reports, and ensuring a welcoming environment for visitors. You will maintain confidentiality in all matters related to residents and the facility.

    Qualifications: We are seeking candidates with strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a commitment to professionalism. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, proficiency in English, and excellent social and computer skills. A current and valid driver's license is required.
