The Real Estate, Design, and Merchandising (RDM) team creates and cares for Apple Stores that look, feel, and function as beautifully as our products. We do this by obsessing over the employee and customer experience, and driving a Global Real Estate strategy that sets the bar. The RDM Retail Real Estate team is responsible for developing and implementing Apple Retail's store deployment strategy. We are looking for an experienced project manager to support the geo leadership members of the team on the development, implementation and execution of the Five Year Plan and other initiatives.

    Key Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in project management. Retail Real Estate and Development preferred.

    • Experience in collecting, analyzing and tracking key business data

    • Positive and strong leadership skills with ability to influence cross-functional partners.

    • Experience in leading complex projects and priorities across multiple markets.

    • Excellent organizational, analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills

    • A self starter who is comfortable working independently in a fast paced, changing environment.

    • Ability to multi-task, work successfully under pressure and effectively manage time and workload, while demonstrating Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

    Description

    Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of the organization's goals while contributing to an inclusive environment through respecting each other's differences and having the curiosity to learn. Work with Leadership to understand strategy and drive implementation and successful execution. Support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning. Increase the effectiveness and efficiency of real estate processes through improvements to each function, as well as coordination and communication between functions. Drive agreed improvements through planning, development and successful implementation to teams. May assist in the administrative tasks such as calendar management, travel arrangements, document control.

    Education & Experience

    Bachelors degree in relevant field (MBA a plus), or equivalent experience.

    • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $131,300.00 and $197,400.00, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
